Finding Sunshine

Instead of fear, panic, and worry, my seven-year-old reminded me of something important today.

I walk her to school most days and today after a big rain, she and I spent most of the walk stooping down and picking up worms and tossing them back into the grass on our way to school. As I was walking back after dropping her off, I was struck by the simplicity of doing what you can, where you are, with what you have.  The littlest in our family knew to help the worms out because she could…it is so simple.

So our promise to you is that we are seeking ways that we can be intentional and help those who are experiencing violence, working to find refuge in a foreign place, and providing ways for all of us to be intentional with our spending choices.  Know when you shop our store you get to help empower the future of other humans…we believe this spreads sunshine.  So shop the store, get ready for a huge ray of sunshine to drop in your email box later this month, and keep spreading kindness where you are, with what you have.

Grateful + Hopeful,
